The Luminous Parades were born from a meeting with Christine Zirk, a ceramist, who contacted Christel Sadde to stage her small figurines. The oak structure was directly inspired by a sculpture of G. Vantongerloo (Belgian artist and founder of the DE STIJL movement), discovered at the Guggenheim Museum in Venice.
The association of the two was built little by little, until the idea of inserting leds to highlight these figures and give them each a small stage to expose themselves.
